Employment Qualifications

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Smartphone and reliable access to email

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Willing to complete a background-screening process after the initial interview, as permitted by law

Starting pay: $22 per hour
Final compensation may depend on experience, availability, position, and assignment.

Come Clean It LLC also welcomes inquiries from qualified, independently operated cleaning companies interested in subcontracting opportunities.

Contractor partners operate their own businesses and may accept or decline available projects based on their schedules and service areas.

Contractor Qualifications

• Established independent cleaning business

• Business registration and federal EIN

• Completed Form W-9

• Current general liability insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Professional cleaning equipment and supplies

• Verifiable professional cleaning experience and business references

• Smartphone and reliable email access

• Ability to invoice for completed services

• Responsibility for your own business expenses, taxes, personnel, and insurance

• Ability to serve other clients and market your services independently

• Appropriate screening for any personnel entering client properties
